The Gift of Easter

Thank you to everybody who donates to our SHARE scheme. In a joint venture with Batford Church we delivered Easter Food Bags to local families. 

The bags contained cupboard goods, fresh food and of course some chocolate Easter eggs. We also bought a small bunch of daffodils for each family, a lovely way to wish them a Happy Easter. All bags were much appreciated and the families send their thanks. I thought you might like to see some of their comments.

Our SHARE scheme is open for donations all year round and includes emergency help with food and other essentials particularly during the school holidays when  family finances can be particularly stretched. On an ongoing basis we can face situations needing our immediate help and, for this reason, your donations are always welcome.
