Baptisms
We regularly conduct baptisms for infants, children and adults, throughout the year as part of our services. If you would like to find out more and discuss your plans with us, please get in touch with Rev Mark Hammond or Deacon Sarah Wickett.
We also run a variety of programmes throughout the year specifically designed for children, youth and families.
Weddings
We would love to celebrate your wedding day with you and for you to be married in our church. If you are thinking about getting married here the first step is to arrange an initial meeting with one of our Ministers, Rev Mark Hammond or Deacon Sarah Wickett.
We are delighted that we are able to offer weddings and blessings for all couples - opposite and same sex.
Funerals
When somebody close to you dies there are a lot of things to think about and organise. We can help make arrangements for a funeral service at High Street Methodist Church. Often, this is arranged through local funeral directors, however please also feel welcome to contact Rev Mark Hammond or Deacon Sarah Wickett to discuss this.
We understand how much of a difficult time this can be and our pastoral support team are available to offer support to those who need it.
