Exploring our Wonderful World

Many of us will be visiting new places or spending time exploring nature this Summer.

The world is full of amazing habitats, creatures and plants, all of which rely on an unlikely and fragile ecosystem to exist. Creation also tells us a lot about God. The way animals, insects and nature as a whole rely on each other gives us a flavour of the all-encompassing love of God.

This Summer, in our all-age services, we will be looking at different aspects of the natural world around us. We will be hearing from Church members and friends who have passions in different areas, learning about what makes the world tick, and looking for what God has to say to us amongst it all.

We’ll also be looking at how we can play our part in being good stewards of God’s creation.

Each of our Sunday morning services will be suitable for all ages, and will be themed around Trees, Birds, Animals, Rivers and Insects.

We’ve been sending roving reporters out to local spots to video and learn more about the nature around us, and we’ll be sharing these videos in the services and online.

Services will also include activities for children and the young-at-heart. We hope you’ll join us on site, or online, as we celebrate, worship and learn from God’s Wonderful World.
