Thank You Joan!

On Tuesday 24 October we hosted an afternoon tea to celebrate and thank Joan Williams for all the years she has dedicated to Wesleys.

Ironically, there were far too many people to fit in Wesleys itself, so we gather in the Hall for cakes, coffee and chat.

Those attending included many who have volunteered alongside Joan over the years, some regular customers and friends, including four of Joan’s former pupils.

Everyone was invited to write in a book of messages. If you were unable to attend but would like to write a message for Joan please contact the church office.

Thank you Joan for your years of dedication and we look forward to seeing you regularly in Wesleys ‘on the other side of the counter’!
