Children's Church prepare for Christmas!

This term we have been learning about Jesus by looking at what he says about himself in the Bible.

We've had fun exploring what he meant by 'the good shepherd, the light of the world, the way, the bread of life and the true vine' and been challenged to explain 'the resurrection and the life' as well as 'alpha and omega’.

We've used One Way Jesus as our theme song which we’ve all enjoyed.

At the beginning of November, the children joined their families in Church to share in Holy Communion following a session learning about how and why we remember the Last Supper.

Looking forwards we'll soon be getting excited about preparing for Christmas and our Christmas Eve Nativity service!

We are so grateful to our amazing team of volunteers who make it possible for us to run our sessions, but could always do with more!
