The Lent Factor

Are we spoilt for choice with Lent resources in the Resources Centre?  If you put ‘Lent’ into the online catalogue search 69 resources show up! Which one to choose? 

Perhaps one which is a bit different is ‘The Lent Factor’ by Graham James.  For each day of the 40 days of Lent, the author provides a short article describing forty people with whom he would like to spend Lent.

There are many people I’ve never heard of, the author uses their story to glimpse a revelation of God through human life, linking faith and character.  The author, a past Bishop of Norwich, skilfully links these stories with passages of scripture.  Looking at online book reviews, it comes highly recommended.
