A Colourful Seniors Fair

On Wednesday 1 April 2026 we had a High Street stall at the Seniors Fair at The Eric Morecambe Centre in Harpenden.

How exciting was that, with so many people and such a buzz! We sometimes had a queue to discuss our various activities, life in general and the Church. It was also great to see many friends from Church.

We took with us cards and leaflets, trains and worry monsters, prayer cards, posters, a display board and chocolates. The whole team made it a success, and thanks go to all who helped.

One person loved the knitted items and was desperate to buy one, another took prayer cards for a friend who is struggling. Many commented on the colourful stall, others already knew High Street to be a friendly Church.

A fabulous day.  Will we apply again next year? You bet!.....
