Harvest 2024

Our Harvest theme this year is God’s Wonderful World. We will celebrate this beautiful world, acknowledge those things we could be doing better to care for it and commit to join God in making all things new.

The Harvest service is on Sunday 13 October 10.30am. This will be a worship for everyone service, with no separate sessions for children or young people.

As part of the worship we would love to use photographs of places in creation. So we are inviting all budding photographers to send in some photographs.

- Have you been & photographed somewhere really high up in God’s creation?

- Something really beautiful?

- Somewhere underground?

- The most exciting animal you have seen?

- Somewhere that makes you feel calm?

- Something awe-inspiring?

Please email your pictures by 6 October 2024.

Our offering during the Harvest service will be for All We Can the Methodist Relief and development charity. Donations can be made through the card machines or envelopes in church or directly online.

In addition, as part of our worship, you are invited to a litter pick on Saturday 12 October 9.15am-10.30am. Meet at church, bin liners and litter pickers provided. Return to Wesleys for refreshments afterwards.
