We’ll be providing virtual prayer stations below during the ten days
Virtual Prayer Station 1
The official prayer journal can be found here. Today sees the start of the global prayer movement Thy Kingdom Come. As individuals we are asked to set aside these days between Ascension and Pentecost to pray for five people to come to know the love of Jesus Christ. As an aid to our prayers, the Methodist Church has produced “Jesus loves all”, a prayer journal for use during Thy Kingdom Come. Journaling can be a profound way of learning to understand the voice of God, it is the simple practice of writing down thoughts and prayers.

An introduction to praying as you’re out and about
Whatever your situation, whether it’s quick arrow prayers or setting aside regular times each day to pray, we hope that you will find resources here to encourage you and enable you to feel connected not only to God but to your church family as you pray.
For those with more time on your hands, please pray for those with less – particularly remembering those still trying to run businesses, home schooling children, those still in key worker roles. Together we can uphold one another in prayer.
High Street’s three key virtual prayer meetings
8.00am Morning prayers
8.00pm Evening prayers
We have provided a resource for each of these which you may wish to use if you would find that helpful. If these times don’t suit you can of course pray anytime, anyway and anywhere! We know that for some knowing they are praying along with others is helpful.
Video Guided Prayer
To help you with the morning and evening prayers suggested above, we have produced two videos that you can use to guide your prayer each day.

Evening Prayer Video

Praying for You
If you need prayer for yourself or a friend, we would love to pray. Come to one of our services and afterwards seek out one of our prayer team (Look for the lanyard) or leave a request on the prayer tree in the church foyer. You can also email us at email@example.com
We do try to respect people’s privacy, so please use a Christian name, or initials, or just “my aunt” followed by their need.
All prayer requests received will go to a member of our prayer team, however please note that we do not respond personally.
