Theology Everywhere
The Theology Everywhere website describes its purpose by explaining
‘Every Monday, a short article is posted which brings some theology to bear on an issue or topic. This offers some theological reflection people can read quickly to start their week, ponder on and contribute to as the week goes on’.
The articles are varied, interesting and enjoyable to read. Recently there has been a piece about God and Consciousness by a retired Methodist professor, Frances Young, an exploration of Christian Power by Rev. Mike Long and an article about Finding People of Peace by Simon Sutcliffe. This last article about the sending out of the 70/72 disciples in Luke asks some intriguing discussion questions and has provoked several comments which can be read immediately following Sutcliffe’s article.
Although the website is made available by the Methodist Church, contributors are from varied backgrounds. The emails come free of charge and visiting the website gives access to previous posts.
